Garters crafted from silk ribbon and elastic. The silk ribbon is stitched together to create a channel, and ruched with elastic threaded through the interior. They are embellished with hand stitched ribbonwork roses in ombré wired silk ribbon, with a Swarovski crystal at the centre. These garters were gifted by Kirsten Moore to Karolina Laskowska for the occasion of her wedding, and were worn at the wedding reception.

Kirsten Moore began her clothing brand ‘Piper Ewan’ in 1998, having learned to sew at the age of 3 from her mother and great grandmother. The company is named for her pet cat. The company has explored many different directions, including bridalwear, dance costumes, accessories and lingerie. Currently, Piper Ewan’s focus is on illustration work, and ribbonwork accessories.
